Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic is coming to the Community Market on Friday, March 27th from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Services
This is a travelling clinic that provides health resources and screening for illness, including:
- Blood pressure checks
- Glucose screening and monitoring
- Referral to appropriate community resources as needed
This is a walk-in clinic only. No appointment is needed.
Small gift bags will be given out to people who visit the clinic.
